1996 Honda Lx Lowbeam Headlights Not On
Both lowbeam headlights not coming on, Both fuses are OK.
Suspect one of 2 relays either the dimmer or the one next to it reading lights.Dimmer reads open across windings.Shoud read something.anybody has any idea what controls both headlites in low beam and prevent them from coming on other than fuses.
