Th350 to a Inline 6

Hey guys, just wondering if you can hook up a TH350 tranny to a Inline 6, or is their any mods. I know I would need a new Torque converter too. Also I was wondering if I do hook up Th350, should I worry about my diffrential not being able to handle the torque?
-Thanks
-Cliff
