wheel squeaks after warm up

Hi.
After driving my 99 Saturn SC1. for about 10 min.. the right front
wheel starts to squeak.. Even if I use brakes the squeak continues.so it does not appear to be a brake issue. Turns do not affect either way..

is the sould speed related? goes away when stoped? what speed range? climate?

squeak stops when i stop.. as the tire slows.. so does the squeak..
im in toronto canada.. where we have had lots of snow, and VERY cold.
