whre can i find the rad fan relay on a 87 b2200?

I would strongly suggest that you buy a Haynes manual.
If you look at the cooling section, it will show you that these trucks hava a fan clutch from the factory so they do not have a fan relay unless the previous owner installed an after-market electric rad cooling fan. I already told you that in your first post.
