90 jetta sub zero starting problems
I have a 1990 Jetta Automatic, we've had a cold snap up here
in Toronto for about a week and I've been having problems getting the damn thing started. After a few attempts the car will start and idle perfectly for about 10-20 secs and then fizzle out, I'm assuming that I've got an ice blockage somewhere in the gas line or I need a new fuel pump. Any thoughts out there on this? Thanks Jetta Knight |

did you put dry gas in it?
and do you have glycol or antifreeze? if its anti freeze have you checked to see if its still good? you might want to invest in a block heater, one that circulates the antifreeze around the motor. |
