got muffler but still need help

i just got an apexi n1 muffler non turbo. i was going to get 2.5" or 2.4" custom piping and take out my resonators. will that be loud. what about performance

the less resistance, the better. Think about it this way... go with 2.5 piping.

if you don't have any type of forced induction or nitrous go with 2 1/4 piping. 2.5 is too large and will reduce the velocity of the exhaust. The only way 2.5 will help you is at high RPM's and even then, the difference is going to be very minimal. But if forced induction is in your future go ahead with the 2.5

yea i hear alot of ppl who like 2inch even for that factor more velocity
too big is bad and 2.5 is too big for a non built or boosted honda

i dont plan on turboing it any time soon so i might just go with the 2.4". will that be loud or not?

just go with 2 or 2 1/4

2.4 would be loud bigger = louder

I had 2.5" duals on my old sol, and it worked pretty well... backfired a lot, but good nontheless... then again I didn't have a muffler.
