97 Buick Century surges while applying power
I just got this vehicle and while road testing I engaged the cruise control. Any time the grade changed requiring more power the car begain to surge at a measured pace until the speed setting was reached. This also occurred when the cruise was disengaged while adding power. I'm not sure where to start. Guidance appreciated.
