1998 5.2 Durango Won't start

I had my vehicle sitting for 3 weeks. Got in and started fine. I Shut it off before getting to temp, may have ran 5 seconds. I then went out to restart 3 hours later and it turned over fine but no spark or fuel. No low voltage to the coil. When looking at all the fuses, I found the 15amp Security fuse blown. Replaced the fuse, but no luck. Before I start being a change out artist, I would like to hear if anyone has had similar problems.

Why did you start it for 5 seconds and then shut it down again?

Re: 1998 5.2 Durango Won't start

I wanted to see if it would start, I didn't want to drive it. The vehicle had sat for three weeks with a for sale sign on it. I did plug it in this afternoon and got code
0320. Ignition / dist engine speed input circuit malf.
0443 EVAP emission control sys purge valve C
1282 Don't know the definition of this code

P1282 Defective Fuel Pump Relay Control Circuit, have you tried disconnecting the batt for a while to clear the computer.
