88-89 hatch front bumper fit on a 90-91?

I have tried searching with no luck so I will ask you guys. Will a 88-89 hatch front bumper fit on a 90-91 hatch? I know the bumper lights are different and I may have to move the wires a little, but will it bolt on with no modification? I know it "should work", but have you seen one on a 90-91 hatch.

itll fit but they mount differently, why would you want the older style? I think 90-91 looks better.

What mounts different on them?

I am going to cut out the grill for my intercooler and the 88-89 are more square so I think it will look better.

No CRX bumpers......

88-89 hatch front bumper on a 90-91 hatch will it bolt on with NO MODS?

I have a 90 hatch bumper on my rex right now. Mine was all torn up so i just put this one on. It was givin to me when my friend got his kit. As for the mounts. The only ones that line up are on the bottom.

do you have a picture of it? so the fender screws dont line up? whats the deal with that little filler peice too inbetween the hood and the bumper? is that part of the bumper?

My car was a 89'. Here it is with a 90/91 front bumper on it.

pre B20/vtec days. (straight B20

So, as you can see, they are somewhat interchangeable, but not a 100% good fit. But they look fine. So, if the 90/91 was slightly too long for my 89'. Expect the 89' to be slightly too short.

yea but will that 90-91 bumper fit on a CRX is my question? actually a JDM bumper. how do you post pictures on this thing?

No, they wont fit, unless you change your whole front end.
