3T40 Trannie Help - Code 62

I keep getting a trouble code 62 in my 1990 Cavalier.....The torque converter does not lock up.....I changed the lockup solnoid today and the converter still will not lock up......The check engine light still comes on and stores a code 62.....I have been told that my pressure switches for either 2nd or 3rd gears could be causing this......I beleive these switches are under the side cover of the Trannie (like the lockup solnoid was)......Any thoughts would be appreciated.

PS - The trannie drives and shifts thru all gears well......
