on my 1996 s-10 the blower wont work on high but it does on the rest of the settings. I just replaced the blower motor.

Probably in the switch, if not it's in that wire. Since you have to pull the switch off anyways a test light will tell you if it's the wire.

Also Check the Resistor Pack, it's usually located on the heater box, close to the blower motor, it's usually held in by 2 small screws.
