Miles Annually

I was wondering how many miles annually everybody drives.

Do you restrict your driving at all to save miles/car/ able to drive the car for more years.

That should be 16,000+

I am staking my claim to being the low mileage champion here. My 2001
4.0, which I bought in 12/2000, now has only 6200 miles on it.

Re: Re: Miles Annually

Almost 10, 000 miles a year, its a 1997 with 74, 000 miles and has been running great for months thru the winter knock on wood! The first 2 years was rough on the wallet buying the wheels used and some work mechanics and myself put into it but Love the car so much I purchased a warranty for piece of mind for the next three years instead of buying a new car

I have a 98 which I bought in 01 with 42K on it. She now has 94K on her. I've replaced the brakes, plugs, wires, oil changed every 3K religiously cause the dealer gave lifetime oil changes. It did have one electrical issue with the A/C control module. I fixed the problem myself and it works perfectly again. I also have the factory service manuals. The car has been a total pleasure to own. If you take care of them and don't beat the crap out of them all the time they will last to be classics. The car may never be a valuable collector but I like it just the same. It's my daily driver!
