Question 94 suburban timing bypass

I have a 1994 suburban and I am trying to time it. My manual says to put the timing in bypass mode and time but I can not find the plug that it says to unplug to put the timing system in bypass. Can anyone offer any insite to this. It would sure be appreciated.

94 Timing bypass

Dessertrat,

I went nuts with the same thing.

I found it under below the glove box, bundles in the wiring harness.

Pull the kick panel if you cant find it.

Txfirepro,
