Park Light Problems

Hi All,
I have a 97 626.
Park lights are not working ising the switch on the indicator stalk.
They work when activated by the remote starter & fuses are OK.

Before I take the steering colum apart, would anyone know if there are any other inline fuses, fusible links or maybe a relay of some sort?

Can't get a Haynes or Chiltons guide in my city. NUTS!!!!
