I have a 99 ZX2, bought it new. It has about 98k on it now. I had the a/c on back in the summer, turned it off, shut the car off for about 5 minutes and when I started the car back up the fan wouldn't work. I didn't worry too much about it when it was just a/c, but it's too freakin' cold to go without it now. Any ideas on what happened? Is there a fuse for the fan that I don't know about?

Re: Re: Heater fan stopped working!
Yep, checked the fuse boxes. There is one labeled ROOM, but it isn't blown. I checked all the fuses and none were blown. I popped the radio out a little and felt up in there to see if there was a wire off the back of the switch, no good there either. I guess I'm going to have to either freeze or take it in and have it looked at.

Re: Heater fan stopped working!
you may want to check your blower. I had a short on mine. When someone would touch it with their foot it would quit working bump it again and it would start

Re: Heater fan stopped working!
Use a volt meter and check for 12 volt to the blower motor. It can also be a bad resistor but should run on full power.
