i switched to 3 speed tranny and the speedo seems like its about 10 mph off. any way to fix that easily or how would i fix that period??

that's a tuffy, i know with a 700r4 there's speedo gears inside you change like when you change rear gears.

Yeah I think you may have to look at gear ratios of both the new tranny and rear differential to your old tranny and speedo gear thats in your new tranny. To maybe come up with another more accurate speedo gear to use or maybe you can just change the speedo calibration to whatever was used on the car that your tranny came out of. Good Luck
