Location of TCCM on a 98?

Hey guys Im new here and I must say you are all a big help!!!

My dads 98 Blazer has lost its 4hi and will only go into 4lo when in Neutrel... So Ive been doing some searching of your posts and I think it is the TCCM or the Motor on the transfercase...
Seeing how snow is coming tonight I would like to check out the TCCM 1st. Only I cant seem to find it...
The hayes books says under the kick pannel (at least thats how I read it)only after taking the two pannels off of the passanger side I see nothing...

Unpon more reading I see it might be under the wiper cowl .... Its too dark here now to check it out but can anyone confirm this?

Thanks for all the info!

On my '98 Blazer it is behind that passenger side kickpanel in the passenger side compartment. That is where I've read it to be on other '98s as well. That is also where the GM service manual shows it as well. Strange.
