Re: what would you do

i love crx's, but if you found a nice prelude si in good condition for a good price, i'd definitely jump on the lude in a heart beat

Whens the last time you heard of a really fast prelude? There out there, but few and far between. If you want a track car a crx is deff the way to go.

Re: what would you do

Well this is the way i see it. Personally i would take the rex. The car is way lighter than the lude and you can drop a h22 if you are willing to do the work. I have an 88 rex and i have an 86 accord. I am considering making my rex a trailer car but im not to sure yet. If you wanted a track car (not strip) the rex would even be better there as well because it is very nimple. Turns on a dime.

there is few out here that flat out hual ass... vary few can keep up with them. i have no clue what he did to it but it is a monster at the track and he drives it home...if i rember correct it ran 12.9xx but he put alot of money into the car. i can tell you its not cheap at all.
a while back they had a lud in honda tuning , blue one i think he was boosting 18psi , i dont rember the hp but it was high as hell for a honda.

Re: what would you do

When you have a H-series in your ride, your going to be haulin some ass and when you get to vtec, just say goodbye. And if you put one in a crx, your going to be a huge sleeper.

Re: what would you do

yeah, lude is pretty heavy, and you can get the crx to handle as well if not better than the prelude

what are your goals? if you want a fast quarter or high hp, really, either car will do. I looked up a few preludes today, and for the price, i'd rather buy a crx and fix it up. Besides, i like smaller cars They're more fun!~

Re: what would you do

It's pretty much a weight issue. Guess your gonna have to go on the weight watchers diet for a lude.
