1997 Bonneville SSEI

I believe that I have decided on a 1997 SSEI. The car has 90,000 miles and is loaded. The car is in showroom condition and has been well maintained with all receipts. I decided on the 1997 due to the change in the motor to the 3800 Series II which happened in 1996 and the upgraded HD transmission which occurred in 1997. I would appreciate any negative or positive feedback on this model year. Thanks

Re: 1997 Bonneville SSEI

well sorry im an asshole but I just gotta correct u the Series II was introduced in the bonneville in 1995 in the SE and the SSE HOWEVER the Supercharged Series II wasnt introduced till 1996. The Bonneville overall is a great car, amazing ride, I have a 94 SSE with no complaints except for it breaks down a lot ONLY because it has nearly 200k on it and I got it from an auction and rebuilt it. Since you have all the receipts and the car is in immaculate condition as you say AND there is only 90k on it you cant lose. Enjoy your ride because it will be amazing!!!
