1999 Pontiac Montana No air flow
Hardly any air flow from both front and rear. Tried removing cabin air filter all together, didn't help. When front fan is on high, I can feel vibration from fan running, on gas pedal. Plenty of heat, but not blowing like I think it should be. Any ideas?

I had a similar problem with my 98 Montana [I do not have rear heat/air] but the fan speed slowed way down until it finally quit. I checked the fan speed switch and it was fine. I then checked the wires at the blower motor, it seems that the harness plug was loose and was not making solid contact. As soon as I pushed the plug into it's housing on the motor the fan began to blow and I had all of the fan speeds back. If you need to get to the motor pull down the under dash trim below the glove box the fan is there by the passanger kick panel. I hope this is your problem since it is an easy fix.

I had this same problem with my 2001 last year, and they finally found out that one of my vents wasn't opening all the way allowing the air flow. I could hear the flow, but nothing was coming out, and this fixed my problem.
