Argent Styled Wheels??...(many questions)

OK, I've got it narrowed to three '99 323i's...all within 1000 bucks of each other, and fairly close in mileage.

The two that have H-K premium sound have something called "Argent Styled Wheels" as opposed to sport wheels.

The one that has sport wheels doesn't have premium sound.

Now the questions:

First, what are Argent Styled Wheels? Are they hokey?

Second, how big of a difference is there between the stock Bimmer sound system and the H-K premium?

What would you go with--Argent and premium, or sport and regular?

Also, none of these says it comes w/ a CD player...did the premiums come with CD players automatically in '99?

IF NOT, how much of a hassle (time and $$$) is it to get a dealership to install a stock Bimmer CD player in one? Are they pre-wired for CD changers...would that be the way to go (how much $$)?
