third row DOES fit

This is in response to a question asked awhile ago:

I have a 99 SE, with captain chairs, and the third row bench can be moved to the second row. I'm not sure if we'll ever travel with this configuration, but at least we know it is possible.

Re: third row DOES fit

I have used that a couple of times, when we've had large loads to carry but needed 5 seats.... I wish you could pput the middle captain's chairs in the third row position as well, that would give some flexibility... But I try to avoid moving the seats around, I get a hernia each time I do so.

we have the 98 GL and has the 2 bench seats in teh back and I wish i woul have bought it with all captain chairs. have looked even on ebay and no one ever has the grey fabric for 98 ony for 99 and up which is totally different fabric...

i took the carpet up and the connectors for captan chairs are there.
I guess it is a universal body with all connectors in the floor even with the different lx gl se sel and limited..
