here's my question, if its RHD its most likely from Japan right? well JDM CRX Si's have a stock B16A1, so whats with the motor?

Yes the car was from Japan......... the motor in the Japanese si's is the ZC motor.

The sir's have the factory B16A. This car was sold long ago, but we have many more of these rhd cars for sale here........
