Major Problems Please Help

I have a 98' Ford Contour, that has 78,000 miles on it. The past month my car has been acting really werid. First one cold morning I went out to start my car, and it would not start. I went back about 30 minutes later to try and start it and it started but it seemed as if my car did not want to start. It seemed as if my car didn't want to turn over and start. About a week a before this I had the oil changed and spark plugs replaced in my car. My car has been starting fine ever seen that one cold morning. Well there are more things that are going wrong with my car for one All of a sudden my Rear Defrost Does not Wrong, I press the button and nothing happens. The lights in my dash board tend to stay on. I started my car one day and put my seatbelt on and the seatbelt indicator light would not go out. Also this morning while driving to work my emer. Brake light stayed on my whole drive to work along with my ABS light. Also my radio would turn off and on during my drive, then finally it stopped working. Also when you open your car doors on each side of the car two lights (underneath my steering wheel and glove compartment) are suppoesed to come on well my lights come on but the problem is when I turn my car completely off those two lights will not turn off so it drains the battery. Please help!
