Custom true-dual

I keep thinking more and more about having a true dual system fabbed up for my 04 5.3 and i keep wishing there was a way to get rid of some of those O2 sensors in the process, i dont know how the hell many there are. Is there a way that anybody knows of to cut down the number of em or even get it down to one? can u wire them all together into one or something? it doesnt seem nessesary to have so many of the sumbitches there has to be a way.
