Re: ECU codes??? 1 flash??

You may need a new O2 (oxygen) sensor. Bosch makes universal single wire O2 sensor for cheap or you can go to dealer and spend lots of money if you want OEM.

Re: ECU codes??? 1 flash??

if you have a aftermarket header and had to lengthen the wire, check your wiring again. If not its probably your o2 sensor going bad. Try to reset your ECU and see if it comes back.

Re: ECU codes??? 1 flash??

yeah is probably your o2 just going bad. also check the plug where it clicks into your wiring harness, they can get realy dirty and grimy sometimes and that could possibly be causing it.

Re: ECU codes??? 1 flash??

Instead of starting a whole new thread... somebody mentioned to check the wiring from the O2 sensor to the ECU. Based on this ECU pinout pic from the manual here can somebody tell me if it's in fact C157 to C16 to the ECU (C16 is the very last plug hole right?) I have a one blinker but my car runs fine... (replaced O2 sensor and reset)... thanks.

that one single flash (not doing 1, pause, 1, pause) is just showing that the ecu is getting power. Its supposed to do the one flash as soon as you turn the key, nothing to worry about.
