Rickwith A Tbird your not alone. My story

It was raining and the start of a crappy year. I was driving and the nerd in front of me with no insurance suddenly turned. I skid and hit the back of his car. My 93 Tbird was no match for his 70's car. Anyway after some info exchange my totaled car was taken away. But the fun was just starting. I told my insurance company about it and a few days later they rulled I was 100 percent at fault due to the fact I hit him from behind.

Well being the calm guy I was I went to the insurance office and told them what I thought of their verdict. Just as I was calling the secutary a whore I felt a tap on my shoulder. It was a big fat COP. All I could say was oh christ. He asked the woman what happened and then what my problem was. She interupted many times with the constint ''I want him in jail''. The police were cool though they asked her if she asked me to leave? I interupted and said no. He smiled and said then get out of here.

After the police told me to leave I spent some time whinning about my car and occationally calling the insurance company to yell at them. But fate hit me again. While going to my favorite casino to mess around I told one of the managers who knew me my story. He said he was sorry and good luck. I did get lucky and won 12 thousand bucks on Keno.

I left the casino Called the insurance company, told them to &^%$ off and bought my new Tbird..

P.S. Rick my heart goes out to you I hope you find a new car and Hope that Bitch as you called her gets her's.

I wanna win 12 grand in keno. With my luck that dumb hoe will win 12 grand in keno and use it all to pay for a good lawyer that will make me give her another 12 grand. then I will go play keno with every penny I can scrape up and lose it all, and then I will be homeless with no money and no t bird, and on the run from the FBI who wants me to give miss shitty driver 12 grand....

if that really happens, I may have a future in psychic readings... wait... I'm seeing it now.... no, thats not gonna work out for me either..

I voted... and Im not telling anyone what my vote was. lol.. I still think you should send me a 6 pack. and a thousand bucks for making me feel bad for you before I read your post, then mad because you caused the accident, and you already got a new t bird and 8 grand to spend on it. All I have is a back injury, and a hunk of metal, and an insurance lawyer pulling me on a string just to piss me off before they give me my damn money. Im gonna post more in my own thread.

Damn...12G's can get a great tbird..and all the goodies.

How bout me.. listen to this, true story.

May 04 i had 3K for a used car, i bought a 90 chevy lumina, was a great car-but stalled like a bitch..these cars are KNOWN for stalling. June 04 my uncle died, and my brother got his 91 5.0HO tbird. We finally had two descent running cars between us, except the fact that mine was stalling everywhere-as in doing 65mph on the highway, and all of a sudden...THE CAR SHUTS OFF and the steering locks up-NOT GOOD.

Now, thank the heavens my other uncle, KNOWS this used car dude, john, that i bought it from. After some talking, i got my 3K back (only had the car like 3 weeks) but john then asked me if i wanted to see any other car..? I told him i was wanting like a V8-coupe, like my brother had, cause i liked the tbird MUCH better than my Lumina.. LOL, i think my dead uncle knew i was jealous :-)

So, john says, hmm.. Hold on.. Comes back, he says I got a tbird with a v8. !!...!!..!..!....! I was like, yes, bring it by, i want to see it-and test drive it. An hour later, my grandma drives me to the shop, and i see this beautiful 95 Silver tbird sitting there. Anyways, took her for a drive, LOVED it.. MUCH more powerful than that POS 3.1 V6 in the lumina, AND it was in MINT condition.

So after paying an additional $400, i had my bird :-) Then, around late july... an old women driving a rented 04 dodge neon passed the red, and crippled my car-for a month. Long story short, i got my baby back, 100% fixed from her insurance-no injury to me, thank god.

PS, i think my uncle wanted me to have a tbird :-) See you on the other side uncle frank.. RIP
