97 Chevy S10 Heater/AC Control panel

The Heater/AC and fan speed control dials are broken in my s10
how hard are these to replace ?

Not hard at all. I went to the bone yard, got one for $5. I already had my dash pulled apart from screing around with the inst. panel.
