Power Window Motor 2002 Cavalier

How hard is it to change the power window motor in my 2002 Cavalier. At first I thought the window was frozen and it may have been. I think I either burnt up the motor or something from trying to open the window the whole ride to work. Now when you hit the button to open the window it sounds like a grinder is running in the door, but nothing happens to the window. I called the dealer and they want like $330 to fix it or $200 just for the motor. I called the local Auto parts store and they have one for $65. Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
