Anti lock light on after changing plugs?

Hello all, I have a 94 Century that I am having a couple of problems with. First of all its the 3.1 litre motor with the 4 speed tranny.

My first problem is that I changed plugs and wires the other day and since then my anti-lock lite is on. I know I hooked everything back up that I disconnected but obviously I may have unhooked something in the back that I don't realize. Any idea on what or where the light is trigged from?
Next when the transmission is realatively warm, where it has been started previously there is a slipping noise when in park but not in any other gear. I use the word slipping loosely as it seems more like a pounding noise. The vehicle has 93K miles on it I was thinking of doing a transmission flush to see if it helps but have heard they cause more bad than good. Any ideas? And thanks in advance.
