Windsheild Wiper & Power Windows Not Working

Recently i went to replace the wire that connected my cd player to my amp and speakers in the trunk. I had my radio professionally installed and all i did was remove the onl wire and put the new one in. Well what happpened was my radio wouldnt work when i connected the wires again. The wires were put right back the way i found them and the radio wouldnt power up. so i rewired the radio directly to the fuse box accessory fuse and the radio was fine. But now i have no windsheild wipers and no power windows. They are both on the same fuse. So i thought i needed to replace that. But today when i was messing around with it i noticed that the windows work just fine when roll the key back to the accessory(acc) position. Now im totally confused but surprising enough i cant get the radio to power up again. I dont want to go to a shop and have them screw me over testing wires, does anyone have any idea what this could be or any ideas on what to do. Any help at all is greatly appreciated..thanks
