I have had very little problems with my 2000 Kia Sephia. I am looking for some FREE advice concerning my timing belt. The manual says change at 60,000 miles. I have 73K now. Am I pushing the limits here? I called the local KIA dealer who said OF COURSE have it changed. Is there anything I can do to see if the belt is still good? Pls email me if anybody has some decent advice. Thanks

coolant
Although I can't answer your question about the timing belt, since you have higher mileage on your car than my 97 Sephia, I was wondering whether you've changed the coolant yet. I have 51k on my car and the experts say you should do a coolant change every 5 yrs but I've ignored that up to now.

coolant change can be done as needed, i recommend to do it once a year, as for timing belt, i'll have to check on it, i have an '01 spectra and have well over 150k miles on it and i dont recall ever changing mine,
