I'd say black..ahem (just look at my signature) I think black Integra's are sooooooooooo classy! The white is nice, but i think black is a bit more exclusive.

black and slammed. i think that with the wheel tire combo and stock supsension it will almost be that low

i suggest you do the white with CF hood but paint the lip black to or use some CF Vynil or decal on it it will look very good, also do the JDM tails where they are all red

black and slammed please! i've seen way too many white itrs with cf hoods and i think it's a typical look now a days. the engine is coming along nicely.
