Coilover Kit for 00'GT

Hey, sorry if this in bringing back an old thread. Am curious what you all think is the best coilover kit for a 2000 GT. Skunk2 looks to be the best, but am curious what your take is. Also, if you have out any type on what shocks did you put with them (if any)

Thanks

Not going for ride comfort. Im gonna be doing a lot of track driving this summer, so I wanted to know what coilovers perform the best.

If you want the best performing coilovers for the 3G, JIC Magic FLT-A2's from RRE would be it. But they aint cheap at around 2 grand. I'd go with eclipsed4utoo and recommend the kyb agx's with a nice set of springs like eibach or tein. I have the agx and sportline combo and they work great for me.

i have the agx/prokit combo. if you dont want to get the JICs b/c they are too expensive, take a look at the Tein superstreet. they are about $1100. or the Tein Basic which will run you about $900

As for coilover themselves I would say either the Skunk2 or Ground Controls. Ground controls are made with Eibach springs. As for shocks I would go with adjustables like the KYB AGX ,Koni Sports, Or the Tockico Illumina's.

Good luck at the track.
