98 Sunroof / headliner

Does anyone know how to get the sunroof off the plastic cassette/tracks? I already have the headliner out and the plastic cassette with my sunroof on the dining room table but I can't seem to figure out how to separate the sunroof from the plastic cassette/tracks. The reason I need to separate it is because my headliner come off my sunroof and I want to glue it back up.
