Talking red taillights

ive been shopping around for a kit when i actually came across the buddy club kit for the 98-02 accord 4dr. and saw the fully red altezza-ish taillights.......Does anyone know where i can get my hands on these, or..........make em?

I've done that on my car and afew buddies. You can buy clear candy apple red paint and if you take your time it can look shiny and great. There is also tail lights of that style you can buy..think they're called jaguar style. Hope this helps.

Would i be able to buy that paint at any local hobby store?
And i would imagine you would have to wet sand then rub it smooth?
Also would you know the name to that specific altezza tailight (the one in the picture) thanks a lot!!!
