Most drivers can get a stock WRX to do the quarter mile in around 14.6. Magazines are more friendly with the times and say around 14.2. As for the cc's of the fuel pump, I'm not to sure off the top of my head. Check nasioc.com, they'll know for sure.

Oh and the 0 to 60, 5.4 seconds but that also varies depending on who you ask and what you read.
