What are the main differences between the 230 and 240?

C230 has a meek i4 and the C240 has a meek v6

I was just reading that the I4 is supercharged... have youdriven one yet that is supercharged? If so, or know someone that has, tell me about it!

dude you gotta specify what vintage.

ok 20 years ago the 230 was a 4 cyl gas and the 240 was a 4 cyl diesel.

jump to 2005, the C230 is a 1.8L supercharged (kompressor) 4 cyl, comes in a sport coupe (just ugly imo) or a sedan (oh yes).

the C240 is a 2.6L V6. nice conservative car.

both come with semi electric seats but neither with dual climate control unless you pay for it. dual klima and full electric seats are standard on the C320.

btw, the early 202 and 203 up to MY 2002 C models had the noisy supercharger on the 111 engine. the 271 engine is much quieter.

The C320 is sweet but out of my price range. Unless I look for one a year or 2 old.....
