SRS Airbag questions

My dad owns a 96 GL and me and him have hit shit in this van including but no where near limited to: Me hitting 3 deer (at different times of course) going between 45 and 65 MPH, Him rear ending a old chevy caprice going about 50 or so, me rear ending a S10 truck and that one totaled everything hood, bumper, lights, radiator, ac condenser, radiator support, and both fenders. And about a week after we got it running after I totalled it out on the truck my dad hit a pine tree going about 65 or 70 and that put my dad in the hospital overnight. And I finally replaced ONLY the NECESSARY parts to get it to run and drive safely it still looks like shit but that's only in the front.

NOW for my question, do yall think the airbags should have went off at any of these collisions? The airbag light has never came on except when you first crank it up. The freakin fuel pump relay never even shut off. And like I said earlier ALL of the abuse has been centered on the front end.

PLEASE let me know something so I can know if my dad can sue Ford or not. Like I said B4 it's a 1996 and until about a month ago we always had the damn thing worked on by a dealership.
