Dupli Color Question

When you guys use Dupli Color for painting the body do you use the acrylic enamel or the lacquer version?

I thought it only came in lacquer I have been using dupli color paint and i love it! Soo cheap!

nope there are some acrylic enamels, whic is what i painted my yellow integra with, but its so thick, so i say use the laquers

I honestly didn't know there was a difference, maybe the black I was having troubles with was the other kind? I've had nothing but luck with their metallic colors though!

Lacquer. Definitely. And unless you like the smell of melting plastic, use primer. Be sure to look at the truck and SUV cans. They are big 11 oz cans, and usually cost about as much as Tamiya sprays which are 3 oz. It`s great for custom jobs with lots of clear coat. I did this vette with about 10-12 coats of Duplicolor clear:
