Navigation through forums

I've noticed that when you read a post, then click the back button to go back to the forum, it has to make contact and download the page again. Is this a server side thing that was implemented? If so, I prefer that when I do hit the back button, it goes back to the forum right away, and pulls the page from my cache. Makes it easier on all the dialup users.

Lightbulb My Posts

It would be nice if there was a button either took me to my posts or listed where I have posted my last 2-5 posts. A fast way to review my post and check for replies.

Just a thought

When you check someones profile then you see a thing like Latest posts made by (here the name) and under that there are 10 last posts made by that user , you can check your own profile that way too... I hope this could be some help... Anyway you probably remember in what forums you posted so you can just go there quite easy and fast...
