The purpose of a turbo timer is to keep the engine running to cool the turbo on a turboed car.No non-turbo engine should need a turbo timer to cool it. Thats the purpose of the fans and the fans continue to run even after the car is shut off and continue to cool the engine. Im sure you could modify the timer to work on a non turbo car. But as previously stated why would you want to do this?????
