90 Park Avenue heater fan problems

On my 1990 Buick Park Avenue the heater fans stays on high even after you turn the ignition off. I disconnected the wire from the fan motor when I had the car shut off. Then I turned on the ignition and it didn't come on. When I shut the car off again, it stayed on again.

I have tried 5 relays behind the glove box and none of them did the trick. Does anyone here know which relay or something else might be causing the problem and where the relay is? If anyone has a wiring diagram they can email it to me at [email protected]

Thanks
