Stupid headlight question.
I have a 96 with sealed beam headlights. H4666's
My question is I see 96 and other year Geo's with H4 globe style lights. Is this a direct bolt on swap out? Was the H4's standard on the LSI's? Seems it may have been option b4m or part of that package. Will prizm headlight assembly's work? Last edited by absolut_vodka; 01-17-2005 at 06:26 PM. |

I really like the way the seal beams work in this car, it is like having fog lamps without the fuss and on hibeam they shine forever. I never get falshed by oncoming cars because the car sits low.

Re: Stupid headlight question.
Hey vodka:
Remember.. the worst question is the one you never ask. I believe 98+ metros got H4 by default. MC

Re: Stupid headlight question.
My 98 takes 9007 bulbs. My 88 took 9004.

Maybe I should clarify.
I have a 96 with sealed beams. I would like to change to composites. What years will directly swap out (fit in the hole) and what wiring changes need to be made between the 2? If I need to clarify let me know. |
