turn signals don't work
HI, The other day I went to pick up a trailer at the rental shop.
After I hooked it up my turn signals quit working. I've checked all the fuses, and they seem to be fine. My four ways flash, but the turn signals don't. I even put a new switch in and that didn't help. I'm not getting power to the fuse panel under the hood. I have power at the fuse panel in the truck. It's a 99 3/4 ton new body style. Also my day time running lights are not working either. Where is the relay located for the turn signals? Is it the same one that runs the four ways? If it is I replaced that with no luck. |

Re: turn signals don't work
I think I read somewhere that all of your outside running lights have to be working properly to let your turn signals work. Not a 100% sure on that but, just do a walk around and make sure all of your bulbs are functional.
I don't think that's the fix as your DRL's aren't working either...

I put all new bulbs in, I think the trailer had a short.
I must be over looking something. If the DRL relay is bad would that cause my signals not to work?
