4 door body kits for a 2 door

i have a friend who has a 1995 2 door mirage, he cant find a 2 door body kit for it, he can only find a 4 door kit, will the 4 door kit fit on a 2 door.

the only kit off the sedan that would fit, is the back bumper of any sedan kit.
