Radio frequency readout

I just blew the readout for the frequency on my radio. Does anyone know how to change the bulb.

Re: Radio frequency readout

You sure it's a bulb? Should be an LED.

Re: Radio frequency readout

Yep its a little bulb that lights it up. I just now took the face plate off and there it sits. Now does anyone on earth have any idea where I can get one of these little critters.

I called Ford parts. They said they had to be ordered. I had to order at least Ten of them.

I have another Ford dealer in mind. I will check with them. I have a lot better luck with them on anything.

Are you sure that bulb is not for the backlight? The readout itself is LED. But then you could be thinking of the backlight and not the digital channel/time readout. Or maybe I'm just ignorant about the radio itself.
