XX Colossus
Anyone know if their going to let the Hifonics XX Colossus back into competition this year or if its still going to be banned?

They banned it at the very end of the season saying that it was accually two amps built into one case.

I'm not a electronics expert by no means, but from what hifonics says and by looking inside of the amp there is accually seven circuit boards, none of them are alike, I dont think it is two amps in one case. I was just wanting to know if anyone heard anything new or not before I go and spent more money.

i wouldn't use hifonics for draggin anyways so who cares. I'll take 4 sets of strapped orion 2500d's running .25 ohm nominal each on 4 quad ..7 Mt 18's in a wall tuned to 55hz

yea Van Damme and AHNOLD are the best actors ever. And yea, for draggin id take a PW series 3 with a RT 12.3 at .08 ohm with a big cap 50, with a HD SS and tune it to 18 HZ at nominal value. Whats up now?

and oh yeah! of course I would ground my amp to my aftermarket muffler bearings with a quadruple 0 for that extra budunkadunk dunk.
