1994 Voyager stalls and will not crank

Hello,

I read a bunch a posts in this forum but haven't found anything similar to this. My 94 Voyager intermittently stalls and all the dash lights/gauges turn off. There doesn't seem to be any power since no gauge lights turn on and the engine does not crank when the key is cycled. After some time (not sure how long exactly) it starts up again as though nothing happend. What's really weird is that the clock on the radio resets to 12:00. I've checked all the fuses/wire harness and battery terminals to make sure they were secure. There is no sputtering or slow death of the engine, it just dies and I'm SOL until it decides its ready to start again. Any advice would be appreciated.
