Remove the front skid plate, 2 bolts, and get under the truck and find the alternator. This is the most likely belt to be loose. It's a tight squeeze, but you need to loosen the set bolt and the pivot bolt then tighten the long 10mm bolt until the belt is tight and then tighten the set bolt again. The 10mm bolt is the hardest to get to to tighten the belt. As far as the other belts, they can't be tightened, if they are loose, then the idler tensioner is bad. I forget if the power steering has a seperate belt or if it runs of the big serpantine belt. |

if you have 3 seperate belts they all can be tightened the power steering has a bolt on it loosen that and pry it up then tighten the bolt the a/c compressor belt has a bolt on the top of the idler pully tighten that to tighten it up
